Relax and watch wildlife from Tanglewood B&B deck which overlooks a huge tidal flat. Many breakfasts are interupted by moose, caribou, seals, and bald eagles. The Tanglewood is the perfect place to use as a home base for your Alaskan adventure. It is located just seconds from down town Kenai Alaska, and from here all areas of the Peninsula can be explored on day trips

Chris and Delora Garcia are long time hosts at Tanglewood B&B. Both were raised in Alaska and grew up on homesteads in the Matanuska Valley. Chris and Delora migrated to Kenai from the Matanuska Valley in the late 60's. They fell in love with Kenai and settled with four children. The Garcia children completed their schooling in the Kenai Peninsula schools. Chris commercial salmon fished for 35 years in South Central Alaska. With kids gone and a huge empty house, Chris and Delora remodeled in 1996 and started Tanglewood B&B to share their love of Alaska
We will do our best to make your "Dream Vacation" just as you envisioned it. We are somewhat flexible with the itinerary, depending on availablity, you may be able to substitute an activity in one package with an activity from another.
