Pricing

All trip prices noted in this Brochure, Email, Web Site are per person for double occupancy. Taxes are not included in trip price and are subject to change prior to trip departure. We accept checks, MasterCard, and Visa.

Deposit Requirements

• $250 Booking Deposit due at time of reservation and 50% within 7 days..
• Balance due per terms of each vacation provider, as disclosed at time of reservation. Reservations made within 60 days of scheduled arrival must be guaranteed with Mastercard, Visa. Late payments may result in releasing your reservation and rebooking will be subject to availability. Cancellation fees will apply. Upon receipt of your initial deposit, we will send you written confirmation, trip planning materials, and a travel insurance application. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Cancellations

Written cancellations must be received in our sales office in order for cancellation to be valid. Non-appearance for trip will result in no refund. If the cancellation occurs, the per/person fee will be based on the individual providers cancellation policy. This will be disclosed at time of Booking.

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be directed in writing to Alaskan Playground Vacations 37035 Nicholas View Lane, Soldotna,Ak 99669. No refunds will be made on individual features, transfers, or sightseeing voluntarily omitted by the participant. No refunds for unused services will be issued. Refunds for cancelled flights or changes in reservations will be made in accordance with the rules of the carrier.

All other refunds will be made in accordance with the individual Providers Policy.

Disclosures

Alaskan Playground Vacations reserves the right to withdraw any tour described herein at any time and to make changes and alterations as may be found necessary for safety and proper handling of said vacations. Safety is a primary goal; however, outdoor activities of any nature are not entirely risk free. We cannot assume responsibility for injury to participants or personal belongings or for time or expense incurred. You will be required to sign an assumption of risk form.

Alaskan Playground Vacations does not own or operate any entity that is to provide or does provide goods and services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, air or other transportation companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, it is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or any other third party.

Guests are responsible for making Alaskan Playground Vacations and any providers included in your package aware of any health limitations and any dietary restrictions at he time of booking. A guest information form will be provided to you. Costs of accommodations and associated services for delays or other alterations en route, caused by weather, flight schedules, and other events beyond our control are the responsibility of our guests. Alaskan Playground Vacations will not assume any additional costs.

On advancement of deposit to Alaskan Playground Vacations, the depositor agrees to be bound by all the above stated terms, conditions, and cancellation policies whether through an agency or directly with our office. Trip dates and costs, including taxes, are subject to change without notice.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how Alaskan Playground Vacations treats personal information it collects and receives via email, our website, customer responses to our promotions and phone inquiries. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and is not otherwise publicly available.

Information Collection and Use

Alaskan Playground Vacations collects personal information when you sign up for our newsletter, book a trip with us and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes we offer our visitors and clients. When you register we ask for personal information such as your name, email address, home address, phone number and trip interests.

Our website also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address and the page you request for purposes of tracking overall site visitor volume and pageviews.

Alaskan Playground Vacations may choose to use this information for the following general purposes:

• Fulfill your requests for trip information.

Other than with providers included in your Alaskan Playground Vacations Package, we do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies unless we are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or when we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or as otherwise required by law.

Your information will only be used to provide products or services you've requested when we have your permission to contact you according to the following circumstances:

• You have entered an Alaskan Playground Vacations sponsored promotion.
• You have requested a catalog from us.
• You have requested to receive our newsletter.
• You have booked a trip with us.
• A friend has suggested we contact you and you have agreed to opt-in to receive information from us.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Alaskan Playground Vacations may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address specified by you or by placing a notice on our site.
